Poplatkyzpet.cz

Much of the success of the Poplatkyzpet.cz initiative, one of the biggest corporate news stories of recent years, is due to the efforts of the MARCUS&ART communications agency. The Poplatkyzpet.cz initiative associates Czech bank clients discontented with fees charged by banks for managing loan and mortgage accounts, claiming they are wrongful and immoral. Thanks to our well-planned communication strategy, over the course of just two months, nearly 300,000 clients joined the initiative to take on the Czech banking institutions.

Within a single year, thousands of reports in all media outlets – television and print – appeared regarding the efforts of Poplatkyzpet.cz, with MARCUS&ART behind all of the marketing communication.

We conceived the name of the Poplatkyzpet initiative (loosely translated as “Fees Back”), its easily remembered identity, the web pages, social media communication and the “attack” activities. Under intense media pressure and forceful communication, all Czech banks stopped charging the fees in question, thanks in large part to the work of MARCUS&ART.

Cappellini - La Corte

The agency MARCUS&ART was tasked with presenting and conceiving the communication strategy for the La Corte residential project. We succeeded in linking Italian design with the name and face of one of the leading Italian interior designers and personalities of modern design Giulio Cappellini. The Cappellini-designed show flat made for a big media attraction.

Mr. Cappellini's visit to Prague and the accompanying interviews and photo calls for selected magazines led to an array of exclusive multi-page articles published in the most prestigious publications. For the occasion, MARCUS&ART arranged a presentation of the La Corte project, a spectacular gala for invited VIP guests at Prague's St. Agnes Convent, a golf tournament and an Italian Style Living & Gourmet event in cooperation with noted Prague restaurant Aromi.

AURA

The groundbreaking AURA residential project is yet another example of the exceptional work of the MARCUS&ART communications agency in the fields of Marketing and Public Relations. AURA is the first residential community in the Czech Republic to provide residents with a uniquely rural yet sophisticated style of living offering a full range of social, sporting and community facilities. We conceived the name of the AURA project, its visual identity and brand positioning while handling all marketing and PR strategies.

Thanks to MARCUS&ART, the cutting-edge venture became the AURA residential project – Where Dreams about Living Come True. The AURA web pages show off the most advanced technologies in the field of Internet presentation. The ATL campaign, planning and media buying, CSR, sales materials and communication with the public form just a part of the services provided by MARCUS&ART.

Insolvency Operations

CS CARGO

MARCUS&ART handles external and internal communications for the firms CS CARGO and Euroclinicum, both owned by Tuffieh Funds.

Our agency is behind the boosting of CS CARGO as a trendsetter in the field of truck transport, increasing the share of voice as well as brand awareness, thanks in large part to the so-called “WITH RUMCAJS” project (RUMCAJS being a very popular fairy tale character in Czech culture). Through the use of banners affixed to CS CARGO truck trailers, we captivated the public. The creative graphics and humorous and light-hearted visuals of the well-known fairy tale attracted the attention of drivers and their children. We initially conceived the “WITH RUMCAJS” campaign thanks the home base of CS CARGO, the town of Jičín and the neighboring forest, the home of the popular fictional character.

For Euroclinicum, MARCUS&ART devised a two-pronged communications strategy – one for the Euroclinicum group as a whole and the other for the individual regional Euroclinicum healthcare facilities. One of the biggest successes of the project was the creation of the “My Most Valued Photo” campaign, aimed at the battle against breast cancer. Women and their families chose their “valued photos” from mammograms, which were presented in a travelling exhibition at Euroclinicum facilities throughout the country, demonstrating how extremely important early detection is. The campaign was met with very positive public response, both ethically and commercially, as the fight continues on to beat the potentially deadly disease.
